How do I apply to rent one of Gallager Property Management’s properties?

You can apply online or pick up an application in our office lobby. Please note that our office is not open to the public. All needed documents can be placed in our drop box located outside the office doors.

What is GPM’s policy on maintenance and repairs for current residents?

Through our Tenant Portal, current residents can submit a work order for needed repairs and maintenance. Please call us at 585-235-4337 for urgent assistance.

What screening criteria does GPM use for tenant applicants?

For the rental applicants, we require the fully completed application, proof of lawful sources of income, photo ID, proof of current residency, information from two certifiable rental histories or landlords, and a credit check.  

Can GPM help me purchase an investment or rental property?

GPM gladly assists our owners with sales and new purchases for rental properties. Many properties cannot be located on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). GPM is proud to have a network that brings us new deals on a regular basis.
