For the rental applicants, we require the fully completed application, proof of lawful sources of income, photo ID, proof of current residency, information from two certifiable rental histories or landlords, and a credit check.
GPM gladly assists our owners with sales and new purchases for rental properties. Many properties cannot be located on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). GPM is proud to have a network that brings us new deals on a regular basis.
GPM utilizes our Owner Portal for real-time property and financial information, which can be accessed 24/7. This portal brings ease to property management for owners, no matter where you are!
For property management, GPM offers flexible monthly contracts. We do require 30 days’ notice per our exit policy.
GPM handles all maintenance and repairs, including 24/7 emergency service. We do our best to address any issues at a property before it becomes an emergency. GPM uses fully insured contractors, so you can trust your property is in the best hands.
First, contact us to begin the process. Once we reach an agreement and necessary fees have been paid, we will market, show, screen, lease, and manage the property. We offer property management, leasing, and tenant management.

Renewal terms (rent increases, lease re-signing, convert to month-to-month) depend on each property and lease. We review leases annually and recommend rent adjustments based on market conditions.
